Most orders ship within a couple of days. Custom orders may take longer.
Please send it back to the address provided on the Contact Page. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original order date.
Yes! Custom requests can be made by filling out the 'notes' section during checkout or simply by sending and email with the specific request. Please refer to the Contact Support page.
Bulk/mass orders are always welcome. Please refer to the Contact Support page and we will work with you to accommodate your request.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
