When can I expect my order?

Most orders ship within a couple of days. Custom orders may take longer.

How do I  return an item?

Please send it back to the address provided on the Contact Page. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original order date.

Can I submit customization requests for my order?

Yes! Custom requests can be made by filling out the 'notes' section during checkout or simply by sending and email with the specific request to fleurdesignz@gmail.com

How do I place a bulk order (e.g. for a wedding)?
