Artisan handcrafted Dragonfly Cross by Cathy Dailey.  Bench made using .925 sterling silver.

This special design is said to be very old and associated with the Isleta Pueblo. The double-bar cross design is said to represent the dragon-fly.  They believed that this beloved symbol represented rain and its life-giving force, a source of renewal for the land, plants, and animals; sacred for their survival.

* inside bail 2.5mm x 4mm

We have added this beautiful cross to a chain of 3mm, high quality, ethnic white metal silver heishi beads. We love the solid weight of these beads and how they feel against the skin.

Each necklace has a unique clasp and a nice Kingman turquoise nugget.
